1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services offered by SelfRise (selfrise.club), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

SelfRise provides personal growth and self-development courses, workshops, coaching sessions and related materials ("Services").

3. Information Products

Our digital materials, including e-books, video courses and audio recordings ("Information Products"), are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to their nature, no resale or transfer is permitted.

4. Physical Products

Physical items such as workbooks and printed materials ("Products") are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on selfrise.club. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For live coaching sessions and workshops, you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start time. To do so, please contact us. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-reschedulable and non-refundable.

7. Refunds & Returns

7.1 Services

If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session or workshop, you may request a reschedule within 14 days of the original date by contacting us. If we cannot accommodate a reschedule, you may request a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7.2 Information Products

All sales of digital products are final due to the immediate access provided. Refund requests for Information Products are not accepted, except in cases where the file is defective or inaccessible. In such cases, please contact us with proof of purchase and issue details. We will provide a replacement or offer an alternative product.

7.3 Physical Products

You may return unused Products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Returned items must be in original condition. Once received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and materials on selfrise.club are the property of SelfRise or its licensors and are protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SelfRise shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
